Prosciotto De Parma, Poached organic egg on heirloom tomato with olive oil and shaved parmesan, asparagus lightly poached with olive oil, tiny french melon, strawberries, Maison du Pain house loaf with butter from Parma Italy. Prince Of Wales Tea with Brown Sugar.

After, I had one perfect, golden, round Beniet and half of the flakiest croissant known to man in the LA environs.

This makes me happy.
