Not literally but seriously, I remember a time not so long ago, like a few months, when the 'omg, wtf is the world coming to' moments came around every other week or so. Now the hits just keep on coming. Every hour of every day and I just keep wondering why everthing's so normal. Going to work, buying gas, (yay! 3.41 a gal!) watching my show. I just...how many times can I say 'OMG!' before I get so burnt on negativity that it feels like I can't react anymore? Well, this many, it turns out.

I think I may be broken.

The Hang Seng is down 7.27%. The Nikkei 9.47% I missed SPN in real time cause my friend went to a show and I have to dl it tomorrow from iTunes. There are US troops stationed here. Only 5000 but hey, it's still against the law. Our market is down below 9000. 2 Trillion dollars of retirement money just went POOF! Even if the market recovers in five years, those seniors nearing the end of their lives may not see the upturn. I could go on...Oregon Christian College students hung an effigy of Obama from a tree. And it doesn't realy matter where you go, most countries are suffering from the financial meltdown.

You know what's ironic? That me not seeing SPN in realtime is on my 'the world is going to hell' list. And it's number 3.

That right there? Is why I'm still working for $14 per hour at 45 years old. That is until my company cuts jobs. Hey, high end grocery is a luxury.

Oh HAI! I are broked.
