frahulettaesmanaged to jump a train in lb heading east. battaries getting low but we're safe for now. just the clakkity rumble of train wheels and the desert getting dark. have enough water and some food for a day or so. maybe try our luck somewhere with fewer folks. hope it hasn't gotten there yet. ain't much in the way of hope anymore.
getting out was...*shakes head*...I don't wanna think about it. never thought i'd have to deal with the memory of watching someone eat someone else. and not in the fun way.
boss is dead. the ex and other family gone. don't know where.
it's just the boy and me.
will try to write more later.
