You know, thinking you know how you'll react to long feared events and how you actually DO react are so totally different. I'm loathe to judge any reaction these days, by myself or others. Because you just never really freaking know until you're THERE.

Banana butter cake with Cooked Caramel frosting is the food of the gods

Feelings aren't as scary as they used to be.

You'd be surprised what you can live without when you finally decide what you really want. And what you'll give up to get it. I'm just sayin.

Big Bang Magnum Opus of Western Love and Rolling Tumbleweeds is DONE! You don't have to be an spn fan nor a rps fan to enjoy this sprawling rollicking western romance. Give it a try!

Cell is off. Will post when it's on. Hopefully this week.

Warehouse 13 Credits make me squeal with happy glee. Also, all the steampunky warehousy stuff. The stories and the acting? Not So Much. Sigh. This would be so much better with two cranky but adorable boys. Or girls.

Hai, flist!

Sounds like things are going well. Yayz! And I'll have to pay attention to the Warehouse 13 credits. I can't even call them to mind. The credits I always thought were brilliant were the ones for Rome.

Oh my yes. Everything about Rome hit all my historical kinks big time. Things are...interesting. With a side of amazing and a little sprinkle of sheer terror. Also, grief. Which was weird, but there you go.

How are you?

Taking it one step at a time. I think right now I'd just like the world to give me a week out of time to catch up, you know?

Any chance we could get a recipe for this food of the Gods?

Oh snap. So easy.

Yellow cake mix,
two crushed bananas
four eggs
vanilla

bake 350 till set, and then turn onto a long dish. put in freezer.

in a sauce pan, pile a stick of butter, half cup of lt and a half cup of dark brown sugars and a bit of vanilla. Cook until the sugar bubbles and the crystals melt. At a quarter cup of cream and whisk vigerously until it's creamy. Remove from heat and take your frozen cake out.

Pour the icing over the cake and smooth it with a spatula. It'll cool real fast on the frozen cake. The cake will cool the icing, the icing will warm the cake. Ready to eat in ten minutes once they even out.

Enjoy!
