I'm reading an incredible book. The writing is engaging and clear and the story is so remarkable, so unbelievable that I simply cannot put it down.

The Big Short by Michael Lewis.

There is a LOT to say about this book and this story and this guy. Take a look at the video teaser on hulu. If you have time, watch the whole thing. Watch it again and again until it makes sense to you. And then write to your reps, your congress, your white house, your president and DEMAND reforms for wallstreet. I alternated between incredulity, manic laughter, despair and the overwhelming desire to punch wallstreet in the throat.

There's a lot of rl bullshit going down right now. I won't be on a lot. I'm going to limit my exposure for reasons that aren't that discussable. Don't think I don't love y'all. I do. I read a really good review of that book...somewhere. I think reading it might make me feel murderous, though.

It will make you murderous and it will open your eyes to the fact that the system is rigged. And unjust. This book is an engrossing, compelling read, a murder mystery filled with fascinating characters. The victim is the US Economy and the murderers are still minding the store, fully and over-fully compensated and conducting business as usual. I think it's important to see the system for what it is.
And it's a ripping yarn.
