Firstly, I'm alive, barely. V V tired but have weekend off finally.

I'll abandon the numbering now, that's just annoying.

I'm not drinkin anymore, doesn't mean I can't find solace in shotgunning CSI:TOS from beginning to...I don't know. Love this show. Awesomely. Nicki is my favorite. Absolutely. He gets me right in the chest every time with his vulnerability and strength all tied up together. He cries when confronted with a gun and it's a sort of vulnerability that arrows right through me and yet he sees guys parasailing and just, that moment when he walks the sail out over the edge, the look on his face? Good lord, I adore him. There's a reason George Eads is one of my playthings.

I'm sort of stuck right now. I see the way out, I get glimpses, bits, but the way is clogged with ego and selfishness and just being plain old tired. But, at what point is tired a good enough excuse? Or is it? Anyhow.

Which brings up what happened yesterday. I was loading the truck in the alley behind where I work and a huge ass suv comes down the alley towards me so I stand next to my door, squeezed in so this drivable acre of land can fit by, and this guy, the driver says to me as he goes by, "S'cuse me, Lesbie". The people I was with just looked at me. I looked at them. I looked at the guy driving away and flipped him off cause I could see him in is door mirror and he laughed. I'm...the jury is out on how I feel. Angry and sad seem to be at the top of the list. Also, humiliated in front of co-workers.

This essay is very to the point and gave me a little comfort. I just hope that, as George Takai says, when that guy does find himself trying to explain being found with a twink from weho, that it will get better. Still, guy was a douchebag.

In less pointed news, This made my SPN heart kind of dance with joy. I think there's a whole big fic in there. With enforcers and detectives and protectors and auditors. This needs to be written.

And finally, this kid is wickedly talented and practiced. Great way to end the post. Just give him a minute to get going and marvel at his ability to play. Has a pretty nice singing voice as well.
