(no subject)

it has just occured to me that all my posts are turning out depressingly introspective.
so. here's some stuff from the bright side.
I went to a party yesterday and wore a really nice outfit. I felt really sexy. that was very unusual for me.
But good. And the wine was good and I saw old and dear friends.
Today I went to Military through Time at Fort Mac and also saw old and dear friends, was made to feel very welcomed by some of them and remade some connexions with people I thought I'd lost. That was good too.
Then I went to Whole Foods and bought really good coffee. And meat.
And a few other things. Basically, because I have a good paying job now.
This is also good.
And there are kittens across the street. They're soooo cuuute.
And, I made myself a new icon. O Bloom.
i'm trying to learn how to update my style.
the jury is still out but I think it's a quantity thing.
I'm writing a new chapter for Porcelain and Bittersweet. I don't know why but that universe is really eating my branes right now.
I'm not complaining cause I'm actually writing.
Also, I posted a story, another wip. Please, someone shoot me.
And I'm just about ready to update a few of my other wips as well.
The evening light is beautiful and the music on the Loft is so mellow and cool.
So. that's about it from the lighter side.
