Sausage and Mash

frahulettaesThere really is not much more in life that I love than sausage. It is truly the people's food. Even a cursory read of food history will tell you that people were very resourceful. No scrap wasted. And what better way to make your food effort stretch than collecting all the bits and throwing them in a skin? Yum.
I had a hard time finding a sausage pic I liked. There are so many. So maybe I'll do a few days in a row. This is English Sausage and mash. Not only does this look mouthwateringly good, it's a terrific photo. A hard act to follow.
