Chef Romero grills aged sausages for the Proteins class.





How beautiful is that? They were lovely and smoky and garlicky. With handmade mustard. Yum.

Heee! they were very tasty. I got to bring home a couple of pounds worth. Which I promptly gave away. Sigh. However, chicken soup is never to be dissed. ;) That's a hug in a bowl.

I was trying to use up some multi grain noodles which really weren't good, funky consistency no matter how I cooked them. I'd be better off with plain soup and veggies. ;)
